What you'll be doing:
- As part of this position, your responsibilities will involve driving the physical implementation of ASICs with external ASIC vendors and internal teams.
- Active collaboration with technical leads to drive design integrity checks, synthesis, static timing analysis, and power analysis
- Working with vendors to drive physical implementation activities including DFT, and post-silicon activities including ATE testing, Characterization, and Qualification
- Identify and prioritize project risks and impacts. Drive escalation to senior management
- Drive closure on technical issues and development roadblocks to ensure high-quality physical implementation
- Drive silicon and IP partners to ensure high-quality and on-time deliverables
What you'll have:
- 10+ years of hands-on experience in SOC/ASIC physical implementation
- Experience managing physical implementation internally or with external vendors
- Experience working with teams across multiple locations
- Own project development using well-defined metrics
- Results-driven, self-motivated, and proactive while demonstrating creative & critical thinking
- Experience working on Jira, Confluence, Project Management tools such as Smartsheets, MS Projects
Nice-to-haves:
- Functional lead in physical implementation of ASIC development
- Familiarity with developing automotive-grade silicon with AEC-Q100 qualification and ISO 26262 functional safety

Salary Range
$181,300—$245,300 a yearSalary pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, the successful candidate’s starting base pay will be determined based on factors including job-related skills, experience, certifications, qualifications, relevant education or training, and market conditions. These ranges are subject to change in the future. Dependent on the position offered, equity, bonus, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage, pre-tax commuter and health care/dependent care accounts, 401k plan, life and disability benefits, flexible time off, paid parental leave, and 11 paid holidays annually.
