Role Overview:
We are looking for a Silicon Technical Program Manager with hands-on experience in silicon development with an emphasis in analog circuits to drive analog IPs and silicon projects end-to-end.  As we scale up our silicon projects, the silicon team will be engaging in multiple silicon projects including analog focus projects for the process as well as for laser drivers and power solutions.

What you'll be doing:

  • Drive silicon projects end-to-end.  From the definition, architecture to productization 
  • Utilize your silicon and program management skills to collaborate with technical leads
  • Identify and prioritize project risks and impacts. Drive escalation to senior management
  • Drive closure on technical issues and development roadblocks to ensure high quality and on-time silicon that meet the requirements
  • Effectively communicate program risks/status regularly to key stakeholders
  • Drive analog circuits, silicon, and IP partners to ensure high quality and on-time deliverables

What you'll have:

  • Analog/Mixed-signal silicon architecture, design, implementation, or validation experience
  • 10+ years experience in silicon/analog design management or program management
  • Experience dealing with ambiguity during the definition phase
  • Multiple success in managing silicon from concept to productizationExperience working with teams across multiple locations
  • Excellent communication and organization skills
  • Own project development using well-defined metrics
  • Results-driven, self-motivated, proactive while demonstrating creative & critical thinking
