Role Overview:
The Sr. Recruiting Manager will lead, execute, and drive Aeva’s full-cycle recruiting strategy and initiatives. This individual will partner with our business leaders on hiring activities and resource allocation to ensure optimal performance in driving results. A successful individual will provide mentorship to team members, optimize processes, and leverage internal and external relationships to support our corporate mission. Being able to think outside the box in increasing the pipeline and attracting quality candidates will position you for success. What you'll bring

  • Oversee the recruiting operations
  • Responsible for improvements across all areas in recruitment
  • Build relationships across the business at all levels to understand staffing support needs
  • Identify, define, and implement recruiting initiatives
  • Provide data-driven decisions utilizing trend analytics and reporting metrics to ensure stakeholders have real-time insights to effectively run their organization
  • Provide coaching and guidance to team members on career development and growth
  • Manage vendor relationships and leverage other technology tools to support the recruiting strategy
  • Provide industry best practices for recruiting improvements
  • Champion for company values and fosters a positive team
  • Collaborate with others in building a stronger employee brand

What you have

  • 10+ year’s experience in Recruiting
  • 3+ years’ experience managing a technical/non-technical recruiting team
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent job experience a plus
  • Able to act as lead recruiter for some executive recruiting (Director Level+)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills
  • Self-motivated, flexible, friendly, and professional
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Operates with strong ethical values
  • Proficient in Lever or other ATS systems (i.e. Greenhouse, Jobvite, Bullhorn)
