Role Overview:
We are looking for an Office Coordinator to support day-to-day operations and keep our company running smoothly. We are looking for an experienced and upbeat individual who thrives under pressure and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. Reporting to our Facilities Manager, you will work together as a team to achieve company goals. What you'll be doing:

  • Act as the primary office point of contact
  • Support all facilities-related activities including vendor-related issues
  • Responsible for office operations including arrangements for food, office supplies, services, and maintenance
  • Participate in facility assessments, or inspections for compliance
  • Coordinate office personnel relocations and workstation modifications as assigned
  • Partner with different teams regarding the on-boarding and off-boarding process 
  • Manage company COVID-19 health and safety protocols
  • Implement local employee and safety programs
  • May assist in shipping logistics as needed

What you have:

  • 3+ years minimum experience in office coordination, administrative support, or office operations role with a mid-size startup or a high-growth organization
  • Positive communication skills with the ability to work across teams and different personalities
  • Well organized and self-motivated
  • Ability to generate results in tight timelines – move fast without dropping priorities
  • Ability to maintain a calm demeanor and sense of humor under pressure
  • Flexibility to juggle multiple priorities Proficient with MacOS, iCal, Keynote, Mail, MS Office tools (Excel, Word), and Google tools

Nice to have:

  • Facilities management experience
  • Customer Service experience 
  • Experience with new office build-outs including lab spaces and company relocation
